About Us
The Green Country Woodworkers Club is made up of men and women who are interested in woodworking as a hobby. Founded in 1989, the club presents all phases of woodworking such as furniture building, scrolling, jewelry boxes and toys.
Activities embrace all skill levels from craftsman to beginner. Monthly meeting features speakers and how-to demonstrations to improve your woodworking skills, safety, tool tips, shop tours, and problem-solving sessions.
Meet new friends with a common interest in wood working by attending monthly meetings and monthly dinner outings at a local restaurant in in the Tulsa area. The monthly dinners are scheduled on the fourth Thursday of every month.

Participate in the annual Christmas Toy Project. All toys made by members are donated for distribution by to the Marine Corp’s Toys for Tots at the annual Christmas Dinner.
Build containers for the Children’s Hospital at St. Francis Hospital to support the Beads of Courage program. Children with serious health problems are given beads to mark the progress of their treatment. Club members build boxes and they are donated for the children to paint and store their beads.
ATTEND Club monthly meeting held on the second Thursday of each month that begins at 6:30 PM. The club meets at a member’s shop on a rotating schedule. Address and location map is included in both the News Letter and website under Calendar of Events. Visitors are always welcome. The Club does not currently assess a membership fee.
